What is Worry? is a fun and educational story that helps kids understand the feelings of worry and how their brains react to perceived danger.

"How To Outsmart Worry" This book teaches kids how to distinguish between a genuine concern and a false worry and understand that not all worries are based on real dangers.

This book is intended for young children, for whom therapy is being considered. Because children are not able to engage fully in abstract reasoning or thinking until approximately age 11, play is a developmentally respectful way to do therapy with a child.
