Carmen Estimbo is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate who offers compassionate, trauma-informed care for teens, young adults, and women navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. 

Carmen specializes in helping:

• Teens and young adults who feel overwhelmed by ADHD, social pressure, or self-doubt
   
• Women working through grief, self-esteem issues, or emotionally complex relationships
   
• LGBTQ+ individuals seeking an affirming, nonjudgmental space to heal and grow

 Carmen holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston–Clear Lake and a Bachelor of Arts in English from The University of Texas at Austin. She offers both in-person and virtual sessions and is currently under supervision as she completes her post-graduate hours for full licensure.
